In this generation Internet is become very important. The person can survive a day without food and water but he cannot survive without internet. In pervious time that no anyone can image that maybe in future internet like anything will come no anyone can think that social media like ay thing will come but today these are came and it is become needs of a person in daily life without internet social media is our daily routine and for Internet one thing is very important that is internet data. So telecom companies are giving data in very highly price maybe for 2GB data you have to pay more or 300 RS. And costumers have no any chance they have to buy it. But one suddenly come JIO and it change totally before in 300 RS. Costumers are getting 2GB now in 300 Rs. costumers are getting every day 2GB data for one month. That changes was came after JIO came. But the question is why only after JIO came before also telecom companies are their? So today we are going to see Case study of JIO.

Airtel, Idea, Vodafone and other existing telecom companies revenue are coming through Voice call so all battle is going only in voice call no any did attention on data on time a new technology cane JIO was entered with 4g at time other telecom companies upgraded them in 2g to 3g that time Jio was came direct with 4g because in upgrading the cost is coming very much for that direct he invest 2.5 lakh crore rupees this cost is more then 3 times of addition cost Airtel, Idea and Vodafone. In population of India more then 105 crore mobile connection is activated there till last month but in that only 10% people are consuming 4g and actual data from that Mukesh Ambani was understand the big saturated is not in voice call it is in available on data. The main thing in that fixed a cost.
Fixed cost – Airtel, Idea, Vodafone and other existing telecom companies are investing them cost on them old technology in 2g or 3g and there Jio was came with faiber optical network technology and its speed is 40TB/s  comparison with and Airtel is not also 4TB/s of it that means the internet speed of Jio is more then 10 times speed to Airtel because it has no any burden of 2g or 3g and old technology. This is only one company has all 22 zones 4g spectrum in India Airtel has 15 zones, Idea has 10 and Vodafone has 8 only. Jio has free call, free SMS, free roaming they charging only price of data. On India all are believing Jio in every 10 person must be 8 has Jio network. One other thing also they did before activation of SIM card is taking 24 hour but now it did fully digital SIM will active in only 15 mint. From that only you can see that intelligence of Mukesh Ambani. At the time he capture 80% of market share. It looking like that is happened very soon but not for that he planning a long time ago actually when partition was happened in 2005 at the time Reliance communications was gone inside of Anil Ambani from that time to he Mukesh Ambani want to take that and he gone court and in 2010 he scrap against of his brother and he did Non-competing Clause and he stated planning from here.


He stared loss leading strategy means when selling price is less then cost price of item this is called loss leading strategy suppose a item price is 100 rupees and you sold it in 75 rupees for that reason costumers are attract from that until Airtel, Idea, Vodafone and other existing telecom companies will come there that Mukesh Ambani was take very big market. From in all that costumer are becoming very happy because Jio was think about consumer and this the root of getting success. One another he applied gun and bullet rule means if you bought gun you should have to buy bullet for that is sell free SIM card on till October 2015 and every one take it because it is free they think free data, free voice calling we will use it and now it is become habit of our countries 

people. In a time India was in 50th position of using internet data now this under top 10. For Jio costumers are become promoter. Today Airtel, Idea, Vodafone and other existing telecom companies are becoming lose because at the time Jio is working on continuously his improvement.

At the time Jio 5g plan is also readied but that time also jio has needs improvement itself to in international level also.

And thanks to jio that provided us a good network and good services.
